Democrat Lisa Middleton conceded to state Sen. Rosilicie Ochoa Bogh in the race for an Inland Senate seat. Bogh led Middleton by more than 27,000 votes in the 19th Senate District spanning Riverside and San Bernardino counties. Middleton congratulated Bogh and promised cooperation in representing the people of the district.
