– 2 ¾ cups all-purpose flour

– 3 tablespoons granulated sugar

– 1 teaspoon salt

– 2 ¼ teaspoons instant yeast (1 packet)

– ½ cup milk (warm to the touch)

– ¼ cup water (warm to the touch)

– 3 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)

– 1 large egg

For the Filling:

– 1 cup fresh strawberries (diced)

– ½ cup granulated sugar

– 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

– 3 tablespoons unsalted butter (softened)

For the Glaze:

– 1 cup powdered sugar

– 2 tablespoons milk

– ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

 Instructions:

1. Prepare the Dough:

   – In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, granulated sugar, salt, and instant yeast.

   – Add the warm milk, warm water, melted butter, and egg to the dry ingredients.

   – Mix until a dough forms. Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5 minutes or until smooth and elastic.

   – Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with plastic wrap or a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about an hour or until doubled in size.

2. Prepare the Filling:

   – Combine diced strawberries, granulated sugar, and ground cinnamon in a small bowl. Set aside.

3. Assemble the Rolls:

   – Once the dough has doubled in size, roll it out on a lightly floured surface into a large rectangle (about 12×18 inches).

   – Spread softened butter evenly over the dough.

   – Spread the strawberry mixture evenly over the buttered dough.

   – Starting from one of the longer edges, tightly roll up the dough into a log shape.

   – Cut the log into approximately twelve rolls using dental floss or a sharp knife.

4. Bake:

   – Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.

   – Arrange the rolls in the prepared baking dish, cut side up.

   – Cover with plastic wrap or a damp cloth and let them rise for an additional 30 minutes.

   – Bake in preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.

5. Prepare the Glaze:

   – While the rolls are baking, prepare the glaze by mixing powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.

6. Finish:

   – Once rolls are done baking, remove from oven and allow them to cool slightly before drizzling with glaze.
