The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) is thrilled to announce the launch of new flights by SCAT Airlines and AirAsia at U-Tapao–Rayong–Pattaya Airport, further boosting the airport’s connectivity and accessibility to tourists and travelers.
The new flights are a significant development for the Eastern Seaboard region, which is a popular tourist destination known for its beautiful beaches, vibrant nightlife, and rich cultural heritage. The increased air connectivity is expected to attract more visitors to the region, stimulating local economies and promoting sustainable tourism growth.
SCAT Airlines, a Kazakhstan-based carrier, has introduced a new direct flight from Almaty to U-Tapao–Rayong–Pattaya Airport, marking the airline’s first foray into the Thai market. The twice-weekly service will operate on Wednesdays and Saturdays, offering passengers a convenient and comfortable journey between the two destinations.
